• Inviting comments/objections from stakeholders/ general public on Petition under Section 43, 86(1) (i) & (k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 3, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the HERC (Duty to supply electricity on request, Power to recover expenditure incurred in providing supply and Power to require security) Regulations, 2016 and Regulation 4, 16 and 17 of HERC (Electricity Supply Code) Regulations, 2014 seeking issuance of Clarifications/ Directions/ Guidelines and/or suitable Amendments to be carried out in the said Regulations regarding the procedure for dealing with the application for electricity connections submitted by the occupants of flats constructed on a single floor, where such construction of multiple dwelling units on a single floor i.e. sub-division of floor, is in violation of the Haryana Building Code.
